Horizontal Rotating Disconnectors RGP 1-35/3150-UHL1
Horizontal Rotating Disconnectors RGP 1-35/3150-UHL1 are designed for repeated switching on and off without load sections of three-phase current circuits with a voltage of 35 kV, a frequency of 50 Hz, as well as grounding of disconnected sections using earthing switches. Disconnectors are also used to turn off the idling currents of transformers and charging currents of overhead and cable lines.
Horizontal Rotating Disconnectors RGP 1-35/3150-UHL1 are designed to activate and deactivate the disconnected areas of the electrical circuit which are under voltage and to earthwork the disconnected areas by means of earthers.
The mounting dimensions of the new disconnectors are selected taking into account the possibility of mounting them on the existing support structures of the HR series disconnectors.
The disconnectors are double-column vehicles with horizontal rotation of the contact knives. The disconnectors consist of a main current-conducting system, a bearing and rotating insulation, and a bearing frame and earthworms. Such devices are produced both in Ukraine and abroad. The only distinctive feature is a change in the structure of the main knives.
The disconnector contact knives are made of copper tyres to which bronze alloy lampreys are fixed. The output contacts are provided with transition contact rollers and are hermetically closed. This ensures a stable contact press throughout the service life and a small operation effort on the handheld handle. The constitutive surfaces of the detachable and outgoing contacts are covered with silver.
The supporting structures under HR are made of steel and have a stable coating against zinc corrosion. Other metals protect the contact system: tin and silver.
Long-term block bearings, which are located at the beginning of pole columns, are responsible for the reliability of the pivot nodes of the tangent system. Contacts are weather-resistant and fully protected.
Installation of such HR is fast and simple, there is no need to use welding as in other types, so that those who want to order can easily save this machine. No further customization of the HR contact pressure is required throughout the use.
Horizontal-rotatable disconnectors may be fitted with high-quality and strong porcelain insulators.
The main contact knives of disconnectors and earth-blowers can be controlled by the electric motor drives of MPI-1 MCC1, as well as by the manual drives of GDP-00-2B MCC1.
They have magnetic and electrical locks.
