External Disconnectors RG 110/3150-UHL1
External Disconnectors RG 110/3150-UHL1 is designed for repeated switching on and off without load sections of three-phase current circuits with a voltage of 110 kV, a frequency of 50 Hz, as well as grounding of disconnected sections using earthing switches. Disconnectors are also used to turn off the idling currents of transformers and charging currents of overhead and cable lines.
Disconnectors of the type RG 110/3150-UHL1 are intended for switching on and off de-energized sections of an electric circuit that are energized, as well as grounding of disconnected sections using earthing switches.
The connecting dimensions of the new disconnectors are selected taking into account the possibility of installing them on the existing supporting structures of the RG series disconnectors.
Disconnectors are two-column devices with the rotation of the contact knives in the horizontal plane. Disconnectors consist of a main current-carrying system, rotary support insulation, a supporting frame and grounding conductors. The production of such devices is carried out both in Ukraine and abroad. There are practically no differences. The only distinguishing feature is a change in the structure of the main knives.
Contact knives of disconnectors are made of copper tires, to which lamellas made of bronze alloy are fixed. The output contacts are made with transitional contact rollers and hermetically closed. This ensures stable contact pressing throughout the entire service life and low operating forces on the handle of the manual drive. The contact surfaces of the detachable and output contacts are silver plated.
The bearing structures under the RG are made of steel and have a stable coating against corrosion from zinc. The contact system is protected by other metals: tin and silver.
For the reliability of the rotary nodes of the tangent system, the long-life node bearings that are located at the beginning of the pole columns are responsible. The contacts are weather resistant and fully protected.
Installation of such RGs is quick and easy, there is no need to use welding, as in other types, so for those who want to order, this unit can be easily saved. Throughout the entire time of use, you do not need to apply for additional adjustment of the contact pressure of the WP.
Disconnectors of horizontal rotary type can be equipped with high-quality and durable porcelain insulators.
The main contact knives of disconnectors and grounding conductors can be controlled by both PDI-1 UHL1 electric motor drives and PRG-00-2B UHL1 manual drives.
They are equipped with magnetic and electric locks.
